These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the developer of Postgy (the "Licensor") governing your use of the Postgy application (the "Software").

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Software for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not resell, redistribute, or make the Software available for download by others.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including any data loss or database corruption.

Third-party software

The Software is built on open-source components, including the GPUI framework and libpq. Their respective licenses apply to those components.
